At the Inaugural Conference of Guangdong Prepared Dishes Industry Joint Research Institute and the Conference for Releasing Social Organization Standards for Prepared Dishes, which were held recently, Guangdong Prepared Dishes Industry Joint Research Institute was officially inaugurated, the Shantou Branch was founded in Guanwei Aquatic Products Supply Chain Industrial Park in Haojiang District.

Guangdong Prepared Dishes Industry Joint Research Institute was initiated and established by 11 universities and scientific research units, 41 industry leading enterprises and 2 associations. It is committed to building a domestically first-class platform for research on the whole industry chain of prepared dishes and talent training through the establishment of the operating mechanisms such as government support, multi-party investment, project ties, entrusted research and development, technology transfer, joint research and development.

Haojiang District has a solid foundation for the development of prepared dishes industry. Ithas 20 large-scale and industrialized agriculture and animal husbandry enterprises (bases), 48 planting and breeding cooperatives, and more than 40 aquatic products processing enterprises, forming a good pattern of "1 provincial level + 3 municipal level" modern agriculture industrial parks.

　　广东省预制菜产业联合研究院汕头分院落户濠江区

　　在日前召开的广东省预制菜产业联合研究院成立大会暨预制菜团体标准发布会上，广东省预制菜产业联合研究院正式揭牌成立，其中汕头分院落户濠江区冠炜水产品供应链产业园。

　　广东省预制菜产业联合研究院由11家高校及科研单位、41家行业龙头企业和2家协会发起组建，通过建立政府支持、多方投入、项目纽带、委托研发、技术转让、联合攻关等运行机制，致力打造国内一流的预制菜全产业链研究和人才培养平台。

　　濠江区预制菜产业发展基础雄厚，有规模化、产业化农牧业企业（基地）20家，种养合作社48家，水产品加工企业40多家，形成“1省级+3市级”现代农业产业园的良好格局。
