Recently, the People's Government of Guangdong Province announced the eighth batch of representative items in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list, in which a total of Shantou's 12 items were selected, including 5 representative items and 7 extended items in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list, ranking first in Guangdong Province in terms of the number of items selected.In addition, the People's Government of Shantou Municipality also announced the seventh batch of 58 representative items in the municipal intangible cultural heritage list, marking the gradual improvement of Shantou's intangible cultural heritage system. 

Up to now, Shantou’s 160 items have been included in the representative list of intangible cultural heritage at or above the municipal level, including 51 items included in the representative list of intangible cultural heritage at or above the provincial level and 14 items included in the representative list of intangible cultural heritage at the national level.

　　汕头12项目入选第八批省级“非遗”

　　近日，省政府公布第八批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录，我市共有12个项目入选，其中省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录5项、省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录扩展项目名录7项，入选项目数居全省第一。另外，市政府近日也公布了第七批、58个市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录，标志着我市非遗体系建设逐步完善。

　　截至目前，我市列入市级以上非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录的项目共160项，其中列入省级以上非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录的项目51项，列入国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录的项目14项。
