The First China • Chaoshan International Textiles and Clothing Fair was held at Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Expo Center in Shantou from May 28 to 30. A total of 248 exhibitors displayed 500 brands and over 100,000 industry exhibits, fully displaying the elegant image of "Chaozhou-style clothing".

At the plaque-awarding session of the opening ceremony, China Wool Textile Association, China Knitting Industrial Association and China National Textile and Apparel Council respectively awarded Shantou Chenghai District the plaque of "China Craft Sweater Export Base", and awarded Shantou the plaques of "Capital of China's Underwear and Home-wear" and "China Textile and Clothing Industrial Base City". The opening ceremony also announced the establishment of the "Shantou Textile and Clothing Industry Equity Investment Fund", and released the "First Batch of Shantou Textile and Clothing Industry Group Standards" and the "Four Major Projects" of Shantou's textile and clothing industry. At the signing ceremony of major projects, Disney reached overall authorization cooperation with Shantou textile and clothing industry, and six major international brands and 21 companies reached a cooperation intention of nearly RMB 5 billion with Shantou’s enterprises.

　　首届中国·潮汕国际纺织服装博览会隆重开幕

　　首届中国·潮汕国际纺织服装博览会5月28日至30日在汕头潮汕博览中心举办，共248家展商、500个品牌、超10万件行业展品参展，全面展示“潮派服饰”风采。

　　在开幕式授牌仪式上，中国毛纺织行业协会、中国针织工业协会、中国纺织工业联合会分别授予汕头市澄海区“中国工艺毛衫出口基地”牌匾、授予汕头市“中国内衣家居服之都”牌匾、授予汕头市“中国纺织服装产业基地市”牌匾。开幕式上还发布设立了“汕头市纺织服装产业股权投资基金”，发布“首批汕头市纺织服装产业团体标准”以及汕头纺织服装产业“四大工程”。在重大项目签约仪式上，迪士尼与汕头纺织服装产业达成整体授权合作，六大国际品牌、21家公司与我市企业达成近50亿合作意向。
