From August 20 to 21, Nan’ao County held the 2022 “Nationwide Fitness Day” water sports experience event. Three games including sailing, board paddling and surfing were open to the public for free, attracting about 400 people to enjoy water sports.

Taking advantage of the opportunity of Nationwide Fitness Day, the events were enabled the public to closely appreciate and have a fresh experience in professional sports games. At the same time, it further popularized and promoted water sports, fostered “water sports + tourism” products, enriched the tourism business forms on Nan’ao Island, and promoted the high-quality development of the “sports + tourism” industry. During the event, the sailing experience was organized at Qianjiang Bay Beach Park, while the board paddling and surfing experiences were organized at the Qingao Bay Seaside Swimming Center, attracting many citizens and tourists to sign up for the event.

　　汕头向市民免费开放帆船等运动项目

　　8月20日至21日，南澳县举办2022年“全民健身日”水上运动项目体验活动，帆船、桨板和冲浪三个项目对市民开放免费体验，吸引了约400人享受水上运动的乐趣。

　　本次活动借助全民健身日契机，让专业的体育竞技项目走入群众中，给大众带来新鲜体验，同时进一步普及和推广水上运动，培育“水上运动+旅游”产品，丰富南澳岛旅游业态，推动“体育+旅游”产业高质量发展。活动的帆船体验设在前江湾沙滩公园，桨板、冲浪体验设在青澳湾海滨泳场，吸引了大批市民游客报名参加。
