Shantou is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. 　　近日，汕头音乐人王以诺凭借一首原创潮语歌曲《红头船》在《2022中国好声音》走红，“红头船”、原创潮汕话歌曲等相关话题也在各大社交平台得到广泛关注。不少市民、网友认为，应传承弘扬“红头船”精神，将汕头特有的侨乡优势、人文优势转化为发展优势，为汕头发展注入强大的精神动力。

　　汕头是著名侨乡，从明末开始，大批潮汕人从澄海的樟林古港出发，乘坐“红头船”漂洋过海，在异国抒写潮汕人的传奇。“红头船”精神也被赋予“敢为人先，拼搏进取，同舟共济，仁义忠信”等内涵，并一直激励着海内外的潮汕人。
