On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the "2022 Event of Making Mooncakes and Lanterns for the Mid-Autumn Festival at Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology" was held at Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Foreign friends, teachers and students from Venezuela and other countries made Teochew mooncakes together to experience the charm of Chaoshan's traditional culture.

At the event, under the demonstration of Rongcheng Pastry chef Wang Zexuan, foreign friends, teachers and students made Teochew mooncakes and snowy mooncakes by hand, and they were meticulously attentive to every production process. After the event, each participant received his/her own mooncake with a number he/she made. While tasting the delicious food, they developed a deeper understanding of Chaoshan traditional culture.

　　广以外籍教师学制潮式月饼

　　中秋佳节来临之际，“2022年广东以色列理工学院中秋月饼·灯笼制作”活动在广东以色列理工学院举行。来自委内瑞拉等国家的外国友人和师生们一起制作潮式月饼，感受潮汕传统文化魅力。

　　活动现场，在荣诚面点师傅王泽璇的示范下，外国友人和师生们动手制作潮式月饼、冰皮月饼，每个制作环节都一丝不苟。活动结束后，大家根据编号领取自己制作的月饼，在品尝美味的同时，对潮汕传统文化有了更深入的了解。
