On the evening of September 10, "Brightening the Whole of Heaven" – The Special Program of Global Chao People’s Cloud Get-together during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which was organized and produced by Shantou Media Convergence Group, was broadcast simultaneously on Shantou TV's comprehensive news channel and Shantou Olive Channel. Overseas Chinese people from Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Brazil, UK, France and other countries watched the live-streaming video via the WeChat video account and TikTok account of Shantou Olive Channel. The event was also broadcast live via overseas Chinese media and social media platforms. More than 150,000 overseas Chao people got together on the cloud to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The theme of the Special Program of Cloud Get-together was “Grand Get-together on the Cloud, Great Reunion during the Mid-Autumn Festival”, with a strong atmosphere of Chaoshan culture, overseas Chinese culture, and Mid-Autumn Festival folk culture. The Special Program also created new program forms. It focused on Shantou night tour of Shantou Inner Bay Cruise "Qimian", using the beautiful night scenes of Shantou as the moving background. It organically connected the cultural and art performances distributed on the cruise deck, landmark sites along the Inner Bay, Nanshan Bay, Mayu Island, Chenghai Longdu and other places, with the interactive videos pushed by Chao people from all over the world, providing global Chao people with an intellectual, artistic and enjoyable festival feast full of warmth, nostalgia, and sentiments over home and country.

全球潮人中秋节云联欢特别节目播出
9月10日晚上，由汕头融媒集团承办制作的《“天涯共此时”全球潮人中秋节云联欢特别节目》在汕头电视台新闻综合频道、汕头橄榄台同步播出，来自东南亚、新西兰、澳大利亚、美国、巴西、英国、法国等各国的华侨华人通过汕头橄榄台微信视频号、抖音号等观看直播。本次活动同时借助海外华人媒体、社交媒体平台同步直播，超过15万海外潮籍华人欢聚云端，共庆中秋佳节。
云联欢特别节目以“云上大联欢 中秋共团圆”为主题，潮文化、侨文化、中秋节民俗文化氛围浓郁。特别节目还创新节目形式，以汕头内海湾游轮“启勉”号夜游汕头为主线，把美丽的汕头夜景作为移动背景，有机串联起分布在游轮甲板、内海湾沿岸标志性景点、南山湾、妈屿、澄海隆都等地的文艺表演及各地潮人推送的互动视频，为全球潮汕乡亲献上了一席饱含温情、乡情、家国情又兼具思想性、艺术性、观赏性的节日盛宴。
