On September 23, Shantou organized the online live streaming of intangible cultural heritage items of the 5th "Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival". Through the lens, the netizens could appreciate the perfect fusion of intangible cultural heritage techniques and nature and humanities, and watch how intangible cultural heritage craftsmen use their exquisite craftsmanship to add flavors to delicious food.

During the live streaming activities, 24 exhibition items, including Dahao's fish rice preparation techniques, fish ball making techniques, and oolong tea refining techniques, appeared one after another. While presenting a wonderful "intangible cultural heritage feast" to the netizens, the live streaming activities also enabled the public to experience the infiltration of intangible cultural heritage into a better life and to witness the power of contemporary intangible cultural heritage. Up to now, Shantou has 160 intangible cultural heritage items at or above the municipal level, including 14 items at the national level and 51 items at the provincial level.

　　9月23日，我市举办第五个“中国农民丰收节”非遗项目线上直播活动，广大网友通过镜头欣赏非遗技艺与自然人文的完美融合，看非遗匠人如何用精湛的手工技艺为舌尖上幸福生活增添滋味。

　　直播活动中，达濠鱼饭制作技艺、鱼丸制作技艺、乌龙茶精制技艺等24个展示项目连番登场，在为广大网友奉献一场精彩的“非遗盛宴”的同时，也让市民感受到非遗对美好生活的浸润，共同见证当代非遗力量。截至目前，汕头市共有市级以上非遗项目160个，其中国家级项目14个，省级项目51个。
