Shantou is the only seaside city in China that has both an inland sea and an open sea. The coastline winds more than 200 kilometers . Walking along the coast, you can watch the sea melted into the sky, and listen to the shifting of the winds and tides, which leave a vivid and bright impression of "sea". In recent years, Shantou has actively explored how to make good use of urban natural resources and provide high-quality urban public cultural services. Taking the coastal cultural and historical resources of six districts and one county as the starting points, Shantou has actively protected, utilized, renovated and upgraded these resources, and improved service quality. For example, it has built large public cultural facilities Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Expo Center on the side of Haojiang District facing the inner bay, repaired and utilized the protected cultural relics sites such as the former Chaohaiguan on Haibin Road in Jinping District, opened the library in the coastal scenic area in Chaoyang District, relied on the construction of "Guangdong Book Bars" to expand the new reading space at seaside, and created seaside cultural stations and comprehensive cultural service centers, etc. While enjoying the spectacular beauty of the sea, people can read books in bars, hold exhibitions, and organize a variety of rich and varied recreational activities in centers. Shantou has achieved good results in provided sea-related public cultural tourism services through meticulous efforts. In addition to serving the citizens, Shantou has become a must-visit Instagram-worthy place for tourists from all over the world. By linking up valuable coastal resources, Shantou has created the urban public cultural tourism service belt with "the sea melted into the sky", endorsing urban culture.

　　汕头打造公共文旅服务带

　　汕头是我国唯一拥有内海又有外海的海滨城市，海岸线蜿蜒两百多公里，沿岸而行，看海天一色，听风起潮落，“海”的印记鲜活明亮。近年来，汕头对如何用好城市资源，做好城市公共文化服务进行积极探索，以六区一县沿岸文化历史资源为切入口，进行积极保护利用、改造升级和服务提质，比如，在濠江区面朝内海湾一面建设大型公共文化设施潮博中心，对金平区海滨路潮海关旧址等文保单位进行修缮利用，把图书馆开进潮阳区临海景区，依托“粤书吧”建设拓展海边的新型阅读空间，创建临海文化站和综合性文化服务中心……面朝大海，看书办展，举办丰富多彩文化活动，公共文旅“海文章”做深做细取得了良好的效果，不仅服务市民，还吸引了各地游客前来打卡。由此缀珠成链，打造了一条“海天一色”城市公共文旅服务带，为城市文化代言。
