On November 3, Shantou Textiles and Clothing Industry Headquarters Building Project completed the land transaction work and officially settled down in Zhugang New Town. The Project plot is located in the middle section of the LH-04102 control unit in the eastern zone of Zhuchi Port Area of Zhugang New Town. The practical area of land used for the Project is 6,824.9 square meters. The Project is proposed to build 16 floors of office space above ground, a 2-story underground parking lot and supporting facilities. The Building will be integrated with such functions as platform service support, E-commerce live streaming rooms, textile education lectures, and daily office. It will set up the reception rooms for brands, live streaming bases, E-commerce platform offices, designer studios, textile university teaching venues, create“one base, two centers” (including one industrial service base, one industrial intelligent manufacturing center, and one industrial think tank center), breathe new life into Zhugang New Town, and contribute to the high-quality development of the textiles and clothing industry in Shantou.

　　汕头纺织产业总部大厦项目落户珠港新城

　　11月3日，汕头纺织服装产业总部大厦项目完成土地成交工作，正式落户珠港新城。该项目地块位于珠港新城珠池港区东片LH-04102控制单元中片，实用地面积6824.9平方米，拟建地上16层办公空间，地下2层停车场及配套用房。大厦将集平台服务支撑、电商直播间、纺织教育讲座、日常办公等功能为一体，设立品牌会客厅、直播基地、电商平台办事处、设计师工作室、纺织大学教学点，打造产业服务基地和产业智造中心、产业智库中心的“一基地、两中心”，为珠港新城注入新活力，助力我市纺织服装产业高质量发展。
