Recently, the winning projects of the 6th Chinese Youth Volunteer Service Project Competition were announced, among which Shantou's cultural volunteer service project "Joining Hands in Embroidering a Bright Future" won the gold medal in the Competition. A total of 150 projects from all over the country were shortlisted for the gold medal. Shantou's cultural volunteer service project "Joining Hands in Embroidering a Bright Future" was the only project recommended by the Guangdong cultural tourism sector for this national competition after several rounds of selection.

The 6th Chinese Youth Volunteer Service Project Competition was jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the General Office of the Central Commission for Guiding Cultural and Ethical Progress, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the National Health Commission, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. The winning projects were representatives of outstanding volunteer service projects from various regions and industries, and had a strong demonstration driving effect in terms of volunteerism, effectiveness, professionalism, and innovation.

　　汕头文化志愿服务项目“携手绣未来”获全国大赛金奖

　　近日，第六届中国青年志愿服务项目大赛获奖项目揭晓，我市“携手绣未来”文化志愿服务项目荣获大赛金奖。本次全国共有150个项目入围金奖，我市“携手绣未来”文化志愿服务项目是广东省文化和旅游系统经过层层筛选，最后推送本次全国大赛的唯一项目。

　　第六届中国青年志愿服务项目大赛由共青团中央、中央文明办、民政部、水利部、文化和旅游部、国家卫生健康委员会、中国残疾人联合会等联合举办，本次获奖的项目是各地区、各行业优秀志愿服务项目的代表，在志愿性、实效性、专业性、创新性等方面具有较强的示范带动作用。
