On the morning of December 5, the three-day 21st Teochew International Convention was concluded at the Boao Forum for Asia International Conference Center. At the closing ceremony, the flag handover ceremony for the Teochew International Federation was held, announcing that the hosting of the Teochew International Convention was officially included in the "Shantou Agenda".

At the session of presenting the magnificent image of Shantou that would host the 22nd Teochew International Convention, the moderator presented a specially produced video clip in the form of a conversation between a grandfather and his grandson (who were overseas Chinese of Chaozhou origin), introducing to the folks attending the Teochew International Convention Shantou's rapid new progress in development, as well as the careful preparations for the Teochew International Convention over the past six months since successful bid. Shantou's wonderful presentation was widely echoed by online and offline participants. They successively promised that they would meet in Shantou in 2024.

　　国际潮团联谊年会进入“汕头时间”

　　12月5日上午，为期3天的第二十一届国际潮团联谊年会在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心闭幕。闭幕式举行了国际潮团总会会旗交接仪式，宣告国际潮团联谊年会正式进入“汕头时间”。

　　在第二十二届国际潮团联谊年会主办地汕头风采展示环节，主持人以一对潮籍华侨爷孙对话的形式，引出特别制作的视频短片，向参加年会的乡亲们介绍了汕头日新月异的新发展、新变化，以及申办成功半年来精心筹备年会情况。汕头的精彩展示得到线上线下参会代表的广泛共鸣，大家纷纷相约，2024相聚汕头。
