On March 24, the 2nd China • Chaoshan International Textiles and Clothing Fair (CCITCF) was grandly opened at Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Expo Center in Shantou. Continuing the theme of the 1st CCITCF "Chinese Fashion Trends • World-class Brands", the 2nd CCITCF was fully upgraded in scale, quality, forms and services. The exhibition area was expanded from 30,000 square meters to 50,000 square meters, attracting more than 100,000 items of industry exhibits from more than 500 well-known domestic and foreign textiles and clothing enterprises. During the 2nd CCITCF, other events that will be concurrently held include the first "Red Head Boat Cup" International Underwear Design Competition, four major theme forums, 9 big shows, and more than 20 brand launches, presenting a rich and exciting exchange feast for the industry, and comprehensively displaying the vitality of Shantou's textile and clothing industry.

Multiple signing events were held at the opening ceremony, covering upstream and downstream materials, finished products, and E-commerce platforms, etc., with a total contract value of RMB 15.56 billion, more than three times that of last year. During the contract-signing session of major procurement projects, 18 enterprises in Shantou reached cooperation intentions with 27 domestic brand companies and 2 foreign companies, with a total contract value of RMB 12.56 billion, which would inject stronger new impetus to Shantou's textiles and clothing industry.

　　第二届中国·潮汕国际纺织服装博览会隆重开幕

　　3月24日，第二届中国·潮汕国际纺织服装博览会在汕头博览中心隆重开幕。本届博览会延续首届“中国潮 世界品”主题，规模、质量、形式和服务得到全面升级，展览面积从3万平方米扩大到5万平方米，吸引超500家国内外知名纺织服装企业、逾10万件行业展品参展，期间将举办首届“红头船杯”国际贴身衣物设计大赛、四大主题论坛、9场大秀、20余场品牌发布秀，为行业呈献丰富精彩的交流盛宴，全面展示汕头纺织服装产业风采。

　　开幕式上举行了多场签约活动，内容涵盖上下游材料、成品、电商平台等，总签约金额达155.6亿元，是去年的3倍多。在重大采购项目签约环节，汕头18家企业与27家国内品牌企业、两家国外企业达成合作意向，总签约金额125.6亿元，将为汕头纺织服装产业注入更加强劲的新动能。
