Last year, Shantou coordinated the scientific research resources of universities and scientific research institutions, and built a large scientific instrument resources sharing management platform, for the purpose of providing enterprises with scientific experiments and analysis and testing services. Up to now, advanced devices with an investment of RMB 170 million have been delivered in two batches to Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Guangdong Laboratory in Shantou (hereinafter referred to as the “Shantou Laboratory”). The reservation system for a large scientific instrument resources sharing management platform in Shantou will be launched online in May. At that time, companies can make online reservations and conduct product testing or R&D locally in Shantou, thereby significantly reducing costs.

Next, the sharing platform will implement functions such as specialized analysis and testing of equipment sharing services, technological innovation support, qualification accreditation services, joint corporate innovation, and technical training and exchange in the fields of chemistry and chemicals, new materials, biomedicine, and food environment, etc., for the purpose of boosting the high-quality development of the industry. The Shantou Laboratory will organize more special events for large instrument and equipment sharing, so that more local enterprises can enjoy the services of the instrument and equipment sharing platform, thereby improving the utilization rate of instrument and equipment resources.

　　汕头市大型科学仪器资源共享平台预约系统5月上线

　　去年，汕头市统筹高校和科研机构的科研资源，构建大型科学仪器资源共享管理平台，为企业提供科学实验和分析测试服务。目前，投资1.7亿元的先进设备分两批陆续送达化学与精细化工广东省实验室（以下简称汕头实验室）。汕头市大型科学仪器资源共享管理平台预约系统将于5月份上线，届时企业可在网上预约，在汕头本地进行产品测试或者研发，大大降低成本。

　　接下来，该共享平台将在化学化工、新材料、生物医药、食品环境等领域，实现设备共享服务专业分析检测、技术创新支持、资质认定服务、企业联合创新、技术培训交流等功能，助力产业高质量发展。汕头实验室也会组织更多的大型仪器设备共享专场活动，让更多本地企业能享受到仪器设备共享平台的服务，提高仪器设备资源利用率。
