On the morning of April 26, the first "Teochew Beef" Festival and Skills Demonstration Event, which was guided by Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, co-hosted by Shantou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Shantou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, and organized by Shantou Catering Industry Association, was held in Shantou Small Park.

The Event adopted the approach "Skills Demonstration + Cultural Transmission" approach to further promote Teochew food culture, while presenting the allure of Shantou's skilled talents and craftsmen. At the event, the original song "Beef King" was released to promote the culinary culture of "Teochew Beef" in Shantou, and the plaques were awarded to the "Teochew Beef" snack promotion demonstration stores, and the appointment letters were awarded to the advisors of Shantou Famous Chef Committee. Various areas were also set up on the venue, including the allure of famous chefs, professional skills, cultural technicians, and "Teochew Beef" snack brand demonstration stores, focusing on showcasing the "encyclopedia" of Teochew Beef and the quality workmanship of skilled talents to the citizens and visitors.

　　首届“潮汕牛肉”节暨技能展示活动在汕头小公园举行

　　4月26日上午，由广东省人力资源和社会保障厅指导、汕头市人力资源和社会保障局、汕头市文化广电旅游体育局联合主办、汕头市餐饮业协会承办的首届“潮汕牛肉”节暨技能展示活动在汕头小公园举行。

　　本次活动采取“技能展示+文化传承”的方式，在展示我市技能人才工匠风采的同时，进一步弘扬潮汕美食文化。活动上发布了为宣传推介汕头“潮汕牛肉”美食文化而出品的原创歌曲《牛肉王》，并为“潮汕牛肉”小吃推广示范店颁发牌匾，为汕头市名厨委顾问颁发聘书。现场还设置名厨风采、专业技能、文化技工、“潮汕牛肉”小吃品牌示范店等多个区域，向广大市民游客集中展示潮汕牛肉的“百科全书”和技能人才的工匠风采。
