The Project of Zhongke Zhigu • China Toy Industry Town, with a total investment of RMB 8 billion and a gross floor area of approximately 2 million square meters, is being implemented in Chenghai District, Shantou City. In the past year, the first batch of nine factory buildings in the first phase of the Project have been basically completed, and it is planned that the Toy Industry Town will be delivered and opened by the end of this year. Recently, the Project held the fourth strategic cooperation agreement signing and the opening ceremony of the model factory buildings. In-depth cooperation with financial institutions and technology enterprises will be conducted in the fields of financial services, industrial upgrading, and online live-streaming, etc.

Relying on Chenghai’s creative toy industry, Zhongke Zhigu • China Toy Industry Town will be home to enterprises engaged in R&D, design, intelligent manufacturing, assembly and packaging, exhibition trade, E-commerce, finance, supply chain procurement, warehousing and logistics, and smart operation, etc., connecting the entire upper, middle and downstream links of the toy industry. It will be built into an “industry-people-town integrated” smart park integrating with “manufacturing, education and research; industry, trade and marketing”.

　　中科智谷·中国玩具产业城样板厂房开放

　　总投资80亿元、建筑面积约200万平方米的中科智谷·中国玩具产业城项目落地我市澄海区一年来，首期首批九栋厂房已基本建成，计划今年年底实现交付、开园。近日，该项目举行第四次战略合作签约暨样板厂房开放仪式，携手金融机构、科技企业在金融服务、产业升级、在线直播等领域开展深度合作。

　　中科智谷·中国玩具产业城项目以澄海玩具创意产业为依托，将聚集研发设计、生产智造、组装包装、展览贸易、电商、金融、供应链采购、仓储物流、智慧运营等企业入驻园区，打通玩具产业上、中、下游全链路，打造集“产学研、工贸销”于一体的产、人、城融合的智慧园区。
