From June 18-19, the 1st Shantou Prepared-made Dishes Fair was held at Chaoshan History and Culture Expo Center. Through the government's guidance and platform establishment, enterprises' initiatives and efforts, and the industry's extensive participation, a gourmet feast of Shantou's prepared dishes was created. At the Fair, "time-honored Shantou brand" prepared dishes, such as beef balls, fish balls, braised dishes, and peach-shaped kueh, made a group appearance, attracting many diners, professional visitors and buyers to enter the exhibition hall to taste food and discuss cooperation.

In the diverse forms of "Prepared Dishes Exhibition & Selling + Demonstration of the Skills of Intangible Cultural Heritage + Cultural Exchanges + Creative Interaction", this year's Fair brought together more than 50 Shantou food companies and prepared dishes companies to participate in the exhibition, which consisted of the Exhibition & Selling Area and the Demonstration Area, covering eight major sections, including the Enterprise Exhibition & Selling Area, the Longhu District Exclusive Area of the Enterprise Exhibition & Selling Area, the Beef Ball Exclusive Area, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Demonstration Area, the Shantou Specialty Comprehensive Exhibition Area, the Brand Special Decoration Area, the Seasonal Agricultural Produce Exclusive Area, and the Information Technology Exclusive Area.

　　首届汕头预制菜美食博览会举行

　　6月18至19日，首届汕头预制菜美食博览会在潮汕博览中心举行，通过政府引导搭台、企业牵头发力、行业广泛参与，打造了一场汕头预制菜的美食盛宴。博览会上，牛肉丸、鱼丸、卤味、粿品等“汕字号”预制菜集体亮相，吸引了众多食客、专业观众、采购商进入展馆品尝美食、洽谈合作。

　　本届博览会以“预制菜展销+非遗技艺展示+文化交流+创意互动”的多元化形式，汇聚超50家汕头美食企业、预制菜企业参展，分为展销区、展示区两大区域，涵盖了企业展销区、企业展销区龙湖区专区、牛肉丸专区、非遗文化展示区、汕头特色综合展区、品牌特装区、应季农产品专区、信息化专区等八大版块。
