Recently, Nanbin Greenland Park in Shantou City was successfully shortlisted for the 12th batch of cases of “China Sponge City Ten-Year Achievement Exhibition • Project Model” and appeared on the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, showcasing the allure of Shantou's coastal living room and citizens' backyard garden to the public.

Located in Haojiang District, Nanbin Greenland Park lies at the southern section of the Inner Bay Queshi Bridge. It is next to the Stone Scenic Area, and faces downtown Shantou across the sea, with a superior geographical location. The total land area of Nanbin Green Space Park is about 92.33 hectares, which is divided into the east area and the west area with Queshi Bridge as the boundary. This “city gateway and vitality park” will restore mountain and sea ecological corridors and shaped a resilient sponge system. After completion, it will become not only a highlight in the construction of sponge city in Shantou, but also a must-visit Instagram-worthy place favored by Shantou's citizens.

“中国海绵城市十年成就展·项目典范”案例

　　近日，我市南滨绿地公园成功入围“中国海绵城市十年成就展·项目典范”第12批案例，并登上住建部官网，向公众展现汕头滨海客厅、市民生活后花园的风采。

　　位于濠江区的南滨绿地公园，地处内海湾礐石大桥南段，背靠礐石风景区，与市中心区隔海相望，地理位置优越。公园总用地面积约92.33公顷，以礐石大桥为界划分为东区和西区。这处“城市门户、活力公园”，修复山海生态廊道，塑造韧性海绵系统，建成后成为汕头海绵城市建设的亮眼一笔，也跃升为深受汕头市民喜爱的网红打卡胜地。
