Under the guidance of China Cuisine Association and Shantou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the results of the First Selection of “Famous Restaurants and Specialty Dishes” of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou), which was organized by Shantou Catering Industry Association and co-organized by Shantou Media Convergence Group, were recently announced.

For the purpose of inheriting, protecting and developing Shantou's unique brands of Chaoshan cuisine and enhancing the influence of Chaoshan cuisine domestically and internationally, in January of this year, the First Selection of “Famous Restaurants and Specialty Dishes” of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou) was officially launched, and 155 catering service entities signed up for participating in the selection. After rounds of selection, the final results of the selection included: 10 entities won the honor of “Top 10 Famous Restaurants” in the First Selection of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou); 10 entities won the honor of “Top 10 Famous Snack Bars” in the First Selection of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou); 14 entities won the honor of “Top 10 Specialty Dishes” in the First Selection of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou); and 17 entities won the honor of “Top 10 Specialty Snacks” in the First Selection of Chinese Chaoshan Cuisine (Shantou), basically covering well-known restaurants, time-honored restaurants, and specialty Internet celebrity restaurants in Shantou.

　　首届中国潮汕菜“名店、名品”系列评比结果公布

　　由中国烹饪协会、汕头市商务局指导，汕头市餐饮业协会主办、汕头融媒集团协办的首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“名店、名品”系列评比日前公布评选结果。

　　为传承、保护和发展我市潮汕菜特色品牌，提升潮汕菜在国内、国际的影响力，今年1月，首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“名店、名品”系列评比活动正式启动，155家餐饮服务单位报名参评。经过层层筛选，最终评出首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“十大名店”10家、首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“十大小吃名店”10家、首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“十大名菜”10道共14家、首届中国潮汕菜（汕头）“十大特色名小吃”10道共17家，基本涵盖了我市知名餐饮名店、老字号餐饮店、特色网红餐饮店等。
