On the afternoon of November 26, the 2023 Nanxin•Haishang Dongfang Shantou Nan'ao Island 10KM Road Race kicked off passionately in Xiangyun Square, Nanao County. Nearly 2,000 runners from all over China gathered in Nan'ao Island to compete on the picturesque roundabout track. At the same time, more than 500,000 spectators shared the sports event through live-streaming platforms such as Swatow Olive Channel.

This Event consists of 10KM running race and 5KM fun run. The race route passed through many famous scenic spots, such as Xiangyun Square, Maritime Silk Road Square, Tianzai Geopark, Qian'ao Lighthouse, and Qihang Square. For the purpose of promoting Chaoshan intangible cultural heritage, at the race starting point Xiangyun Square, three areas were set up: Nan'ao Intangible Cultural Heritage TikTok-worthy Area, Nan'ao Coastal Defense and Maritime Silk Road Culture Experience Area, and Nan'ao Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Area. In addition, this Event provided runners and visitors with interesting experiences such as applying the make-ups for Yingge Dance and Teochew Opera, and trying on coastal defense costumes.

　　2023汕头南澳岛10公里路跑赛开跑

　　11月26下午，2023南信·海上东方汕头南澳岛10公里路跑赛在南澳县祥云广场激情开跑，来自全国各地近2000名跑友欢聚南澳，竞逐醉美环岛赛道，同时还有50多万观众通过汕头橄榄台等直播平台共享这场体育盛会。

　　本次赛事设10公里竞速跑和5公里欢乐跑两个项目，赛事路线途经祥云广场、海丝广场、田仔地质公园、钱澳灯塔、启航广场等多个著名景点。赛事还结合潮汕非遗文化，在起点祥云广场设置了南澳非遗文化打卡区、南澳海防海丝文化体验区、南澳非遗文化展示区三大区。除此之外，还为参赛者以及游客朋友带来化英歌舞脸谱和潮剧脸谱妆容、试穿海防装扮等有趣体验。
