On November 30, Swatow International Wind Power Technology Innovation Conference was solemnly held. Focusing on the current hot spots of global offshore wind power development, the Conference was held for the purpose of exploring new paths for upgrading technology, building new consensus on international cooperation, advancing the development of the global wind power industry to a new height, and better supporting the international community to address climate change and achieve green energy transformation.
The Conference held the ceremonies such as the handover of "four integrated" offshore wind power equipment manufacturing industry bases, the launch of the six-degree-of-freedom experimental platform for electrical and dynamics of the 40MW-level wind turbine generator system (WTGS), the unveiling of the project company for the centralized distribution of offshore wind power; the centralized signing of six cooperative projects, including the home port of wind power, offshore wind power + marine pasture, offshore wind power import and export services, and international new energy development; and the signing of Shantou International Wind Power Innovation Port International Offshore Wind Power training Center Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Guangdong Province Wind Power Coastal Test Base Construction and Operation and Innovation Development Strategy Cooperation Framework Agreement. The Conference issued the Global Offshore Wind Power Industry Chain Development Report and the Wind Energy Shantou Declaration, and concurrently held a strategy symposium, three thematic forums, as well as multiple press conferences, special technical salons, and international exchange activities.

汕头召开首届国际风电技术创新大会
11月30日，汕头国际风电技术创新大会隆重召开。本次大会围绕当前全球海上风电发展的热点，探索技术升级新路径，凝聚国际合作新共识，推动全球风电产业发展迈向新高度，更好地支撑国际社会应对气候变化、实现能源绿色转型。
大会举行了“四个一体化”海上风电装备制造产业基地交接、40MW级风电机组电气及动力学六自由度实验平台启动、海上风电集中送出项目公司揭牌等仪式，以及风电母港、海上风电+海洋牧场、海上风电进出口服务及国际新能源开发等6个合作项目集中签约，汕头国际风电创新港国际海上风电培训中心战略合作协议、广东省风电临海试验基地建设运营和创新发展战略合作框架协议签约。大会发布了《全球海上风电产业链发展报告》、《风能汕头宣言》，同期举办1场战略座谈会、3场主题论坛，以及多场发布会、专题技术沙龙和国际交流活动等。
