On January 15, the eighth Nan'ao Science Conference titled "Science via AI (SCIviaAI)", which was hosted by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province and Shantou Municipal People's Government, kicked off in Nan'ao Island, Shantou City. Top scientists from all over the country gathered together to participate in this scientific event of "letting a hundred schools of thought contend".

This event will last until January 17, during which scientists will through multiple themed presentations, share their academic ideas and latest research progress in their respective fields, and further discuss scientific innovation ideas and measures under the rapid development of AI, providing talent and intellectual support for regional innovation and development.

　　1月15日，由广东省科技厅、汕头市政府主办的南澳科学会议第八次会议“人工智能带来的新科学”研讨会在汕头南澳开启，来自五湖四海的顶尖科学家汇聚一堂，迎来一场百家争鸣的科学盛会。

　　本次活动将持续至1月17日，科学家们通过多场主题报告开展学术分享，交流各自在专业领域的最新研究进展，深入探讨人工智能快速发展条件下科学创新思路和举措，为区域创新发展提供人才与智力支撑。
