On the morning of May 1, "Appreciating and Experiencing Yingge Dance - 2024 Shantou Cultural and Creative Week", which was organized by Shantou Media Convergence Group and Shantou Cultural Creative Industry Association, began at the Exhibition Hall of Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Expo Center when the gong sounded for the opening. A 5-day cultural feast of Yingge Dance kicked off.

At the opening ceremony, the "dancers" of the Yingge Dance Team from Shengqian Community, Tongyu Town, Chaoyang District and the "martial artists" of Shantou Shengshi Hongwu Training Center performed on the same stage, enlivening the atmosphere of the event with “Chaoshan Yingge Dance + Chinese martial arts”. This event integrated cultural and artistic resources with Shantou's characteristics, and built a cultural and creative platform for showcasing, combining, exchanging and expanding the Yingge culture, for the purpose of exploring new paths for innovation, inheritance and development of Yingge culture, and demonstrating the achievements of cultural and creative forces of Shantou’s youth who are rooted in the excellent traditional culture and make every effort to innovate and present the culture.

　　2024汕头文创周开幕

　　5月1日上午，由汕头融媒集团、汕头市文化创意产业协会主办的“嗨！英歌——2024汕头文创周”在潮汕历史文化博览中心会展馆鸣锣开幕，一场为期5天的英歌文化盛宴拉开序幕。

　　开幕式上，潮阳铜盂胜前英歌队的“舞者”与汕头市盛世弘武训练中心的“武者”同台表演，“潮汕英歌+中华武术”点燃现场气氛。本次活动整合汕头特色文化艺术资源，搭建一个英歌文化展示、结合、交流、拓展的文创平台，探寻英歌文化创新、传承、发展的新路径，展示汕头青年文创力量根植优秀传统文化、全力创新传播文化的成果。
