On June 14, Shantou Technician College held a starting ceremony for sending the first batch of students majoring in aircraft maintenance to go to Hong Kong for internship. After rigorous selection and training, 23 students majoring in aircraft maintenance will be sent in two batches to Hong Kong for a one-year internship exchange, setting a precedent for vocational colleges in Guangdong Province to send students to Hong Kong for on-the-job training. This is not only an important measure to deepen the "Greater Bay Area Youth Aviation Industry Internship Program", but also an innovative exploration of the school-enterprise cooperation model in Shantou’s technical education.

The “Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License” is a stepping stone for civil aircraft maintenance personnel to practice in the industry. Shantou Technician College obtained the CCAR-147 Maintenance Training Institution Qualification Certificate issued by the CAAC Central and Southern Regional Administration in 2022. It is currently not only the only one among similar technical colleges in China, but also the first institution in the central and southern region to obtain the certificate of competency in maintenance training after having been reviewed in accordance with new regulations.

　　汕头首批飞机维修专业学生赴港实习

　　6月14日，汕头技师学院举行飞机维修专业首批赴港学生实习启动仪式。经过严格的选拔和培训，23名飞机维修专业学生将分两批赴港展开为期一年的实习交流，开创了全省技工院校输送学生到香港进行岗位实习的先例。这是深化“大湾区青年航空业实习计划”的一个重要举措，也是汕头技工教育校企合作模式的创新探索。

　　“民用航空器维修人员执照”是民航飞机维修人员从业的敲门砖，汕头技师学院于2022年获得的民航中南地区管理局颁发的CCAR-147维修培训机构合格证，是目前全国同类技工院校唯一一个，也是中南地区首家按照新规进行审查并取得维修培训机构合格证的单位。
