On July 22, the Meeting of the Presidents and Secretaries General for the 22nd Teochew International Convention, as well as the Meeting (Enlarged) of the Presidents for the 10th World Chaoshan Entrepreneurs Convention, was held in Shantou. More than 300 presidents and secretaries general of Teochew community organizations from over 20 countries and regions attended the meeting. At the meeting, the attendees were informed about the preparations for the "Two Grand Conventions" (the 22th Teochew International Convention and the 10th World Chaoshan Entrepreneurs Convention) and related matters such as conference time and schedule, and they heard the opinions and suggestions of the presidents and secretaries general of Teochew community organizations on the preparation work; and Chaozhou was announced as the host city of the 23rd Teochew International Convention. Prior to the above-mentioned meeting, in accordance with the Article of Association, the Teochew International Federation also held the Fourth Meeting of Executive Members and Joint Meeting of Members of the 22nd Teochew International Federation to deliberate relevant work matters.

　　潮商大会会长（扩大）会议在汕举行

　　7月22日，第二十二届国际潮团联谊年会团长暨秘书长会议、第十届世界潮商大会会长（扩大）会议在汕头举行，来自20多个国家和地区的300多位潮属社团团长、秘书长出席会议。会议通报了“两大盛会”筹办情况及会议时间、日程安排等相关事宜，听取各团长秘书长对筹备工作的意见建议，宣布潮州为第二十三届国际潮团联谊年会主办地。会议召开之前，按照章程规定，国际潮团总会还召开了第二十二届第四次常务理事暨理事联席会议，审议相关工作事项。
