On the evening of August 7, the 2024 Shantou · Chenghai Asian Date Mussels Food Cultural Tourism Activities were launched in Yanhong Town, Chenghai District. Taking the intangible cultural heritage as well as local delicacies and specially crafted wares as the carriers, these activities would promote the industries and culture with local characteristics, for the purpose of gathering the popularity and “TikTok user flows” of Yanhong Town’s culture and tourism.

The opening ceremony featured a series of carefully choreographed cultural programs. On the site of the intangible cultural heritage and food culture fair, the craftsmen of intangible cultural heritage made food; and multiple intangible cultural heritage items were displayed, which included the handmade crochet flowers, paper-plastic goods, riddles, Chaozhou musical instruments, and Chunsheng series products. By creating the “tasty, eye-feasting and fun” immersive scenarios of intangible cultural heritage, the fair attracted the participation of many citizens and tourists. These activities would last until October 30. The sub-venue has been set up at the Zhuangxiong Asian date mussels Food Park, allowing citizens and tourists to taste authentic and tasty Asian date mussels.

　　汕头·澄海薄壳美食文化旅游系列活动启动

　　8月7日晚，2024汕头·澄海薄壳美食文化旅游系列活动在盐鸿镇启动。活动以非遗文化、美食特产为载体，推介当地特色产业和特色文化，为盐鸿聚拢文旅人气和“流量”。

　　开幕式上，一系列精心编排的文艺节目轮番上演。现场非遗美食文化集市不仅有非遗手艺人现场制作美食，还有手钩花、纸塑品、灯谜、潮州乐器、春盛系列产品等多项非遗项目的展示，通过打造“好吃、好看、好玩”的沉浸式非遗场景，吸引了众多市民游客参加。本次活动将持续至10月30日，分会场设置在盐鸿镇壮雄薄壳美食园，让市民游客能品尝地道可口的薄壳美食。
