On the morning of August 18, the launch of the new books titled Chinese Food with Local Characteristics - Teochew Cuisine Culture Series was held in Guangzhou.
For the purpose of these series of books, the Chaoshan culture researchers and the authoritative experts and scholars in the field of catering have set up the editorial board, and conducted profound and systematic exploration and compilation of Teochew cuisine and its underlying cultural connotations in order to comprehensively introduce the Teochew cuisine culture, top chef masters, famous restaurants, Gongfu tea, Teochew cold dishes, and Teochew cuisine literature and art, etc. Up to now, the first batch of 6 volumes of these series of books have been published, including the Top Chef Masters of Teochew Cuisine, Teochew Specialty Dishes, Famous Teochew Cuisine Restaurants, Teochew Gongfu Tea, Teochew Cuisine Literature and Art, and Teochew Cold Dishes.

《中华料理·潮菜文化丛书》新书发布
8月18日上午,《中华料理·潮菜文化丛书》新书发布会在广州举行。
该书由潮汕文化研究者、餐饮领域权威专家学者组成编委会,对潮菜及背后文化内涵进行了较为深入系统的挖掘及整理,比较全面地介绍了潮菜饮食文化、名师、名店、工夫茶、杂咸以及潮菜文艺等内容。目前,第一批6分册已出版面世,分别是《潮菜名厨》《潮菜名菜》《潮菜名店》《潮菜工夫茶》《潮菜文艺》以及《潮菜杂咸》。
