The 2024 World Congress of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive & Personalized Medicine (EPMA) was held from September 1 to 6 at the Medical College of Shantou University. This Congress was held both online and offline. Renowned medical experts and scholars from home and abroad gathered in Shantou to discuss the latest research results, clinical experiences, challenges and applications in the field of the predictive, preventive and personalized (3P) medicine. On the afternoon of September 1, the opening ceremony of this Congress was held at the Sangpushan Campus of the Medical College of Shantou University, at which the winners of the 2024 EPMA Award were awarded.

Founded in 2009, the EPMA has been organizing world congresses every two years since 2011. This is the first time that the EPMA World Congress was held in China, marking the EPMA's recognition of China's achievements in the field of the 3P medicine, and reflecting China's growing influence in global scientific and technological exchanges.

　　2024年EPMA国际大会在汕头举行

　　9月1日至6日，2024年欧洲预测、预防、个体化医学协会（EPMA）国际大会在汕头大学医学院召开。本次会议采用“线上+线下”相结合的方式，来自国内外的知名医学专家学者齐聚一堂，共同深入探讨“3P”医学领域（即预防、预测和个体化医学）的最新研究成果、临床经验、挑战和应用。1日下午，大会在汕头大学医学院桑浦山校区举行开幕式，为2024年EPMA奖获得者颁奖。

　　EPMA成立于2009年，自2011年起每两年举办一次国际学术大会，此次是大会首次在中国举办，标志着该协会对中国“3P”医学领域发展成就的认可，也是中国在全球科技交流中日益增长的影响力的体现。
