In August this year, Shantou Friendship Delegation visited Malaysia. At the China (Shantou) - Malaysia Economic, Trade and Cultural Cooperation and Exchange Conference, Shantou Textiles and Clothing Industry Association and Shantou Association of Electronic Commerce Industry signed the "Cross-border Enabling • Going-global 100" Program Cooperation Memorandum" with Hangzhou Alibaba Overseas Network Technology Co., Ltd. In order to implement the cooperation, on September 5, the nationwide first station of Taobao Going-global Industrial Belt 100 Series of Activities was settled in Shantou, and Shantou Association of Electronic Commerce Industry became an official partner of Taobao Going-global Platform.

During the event, the relevant persons in charge of the Taobao Going-global Platform and industry experts conducted in-depth analysis and wonderful sharing around the latest direction of the Platform to go global in 2024, overseas market trends, Shantou’s support policies for businesses, etc. According to the Cooperation Memorandum, next, Shantou will rely on the Taobao Going-global Platform, and leverage the new arenas of digital trade to expand the market, keep orders stable and promote the high-quality development of the industry.

　　淘宝出海产业带100系列活动全国首站落地汕头

　　今年8月份，汕头市友好代表团访问马来西亚，在中国（汕头）—马来西亚经贸文化合作交流会上，市纺织服装产业协会、市电子商务产业协会与杭州阿里巴巴海外网络科技有限公司共同签署了《“跨境赋能·扬帆出海100”计划合作备忘录》。为落实合作，9月5日，淘宝出海产业带100系列活动全国首站落地汕头，市电子商务产业协会成为淘宝出海平台官方合作伙伴。

　　活动中，淘宝出海平台相关负责人及行业专家围绕2024年平台最新出海方向、海外市场趋势、汕头商家扶持政策等方面进行了深入剖析和精彩分享。根据合作备忘录，接下来我市将依托淘宝出海平台，利用数字贸易新赛道拓市场、稳订单，推动产业高质量发展。
