From September 24 to 26, the "Chinese Cuisine Gathering: Hundred Hainan Dishes Carnival" event, hosted by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce and organized by the Hainan Hospitality Industry Association, was held in Haikou City. Famous masters and chefs of catering services and culinary skills from Hainan Province, Guangdong Province, Hunan Province, Hubei Province, Sichuan Province and other regions conducted exchanges and showcased their talent. Shantou Teochew People and Cuisine Research Institute, as the only invited representative team from the catering industry in Shantou, participated in the event. Taking the "Chinese Warrior Dance" Yingge Dance Banquet as the theme of the banquet, the representative team used local ingredients from Hainan Province to present a table of dishes containing Chaoshan culture and highlighting Chaoshan flavor, and won the "Excellence · Cultural Inheritance Award".

　　潮汕英歌舞宴亮相海南

　　9月24日至26日，由海南省商务厅主办、海南省酒店与餐饮行业协会承办的“中华美食荟：百道海南菜美食嘉年华”活动在海口市举办，来自海南、广东、湖南、湖北、四川等地餐饮服务和烹饪技艺的名师名厨进行交流切磋，汕头市潮人潮菜研究院作为我市唯一受邀的餐饮业界代表团队参加了活动，以“中华战舞”潮汕英歌舞宴为宴席主题，用海南当地的食材，呈现了一桌蕴含潮汕文化、尽显潮汕风味的菜品，荣获“卓越·文化传承奖”。
