On October 26, the 9th Council Meeting of Cooperative University Union was held at Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT). Leaders and guests from 11 Sino-foreign cooperative universities with independent legal entity qualification across the country gathered together to discuss the theme of "Innovation and Challenges to Develop Cooperative Universities amid Further Opening-up in Education". They delved into how cooperative universities can comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent training, innovate development paths, more effectively promote high-level educational opening up and Sino-foreign cooperative education in the new development stage, and give full play to their role as the main drivers in speeding up work to build a strong educational system, greater scientific and technological strength, and a quality workforce in China.
