Recently, the 2024 Global Investment Promotion Conference for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”) was held in Guangzhou, successfully attracting representatives from the world's top 500 companies and industrial champions in the fields of new quality productive forces such as artificial intelligence, new energy storage, biomedicine, and high-end equipment manufacturing. At the Conference, Shantou reported 22 signed projects with a total investment of RMB 20.442 billion.

At the investment policy interpretation conference of Guangdong Province’s prefecture-level cities, Shantou publicized and showcased its unique location advantages and favorable business environment to the attendees from four dimensions: industrial development, investment environment, platform carriers, and policy support. In Guangdong Province's business environment evaluation, Shantou has ranked first in the eastern, western and northern Guangdong for three consecutive years, with three national development platforms and multiple industrial parks including Shantou’s main platform for undertaking the orderly transfer of industries, and Guangdong Shantou Lingang Economic Zone. Currently, Shantou has reserved over 30,000 mu of mature industrial land, and introduced a series of supportive policies, and it can meet the efficient investment needs of enterprises in terms of "implementing projects with everything in place" and "starting construction immediately after land acquisition".

　　汕头亮相2024粤港澳大湾区全球招商大会

　　近日，2024粤港澳大湾区全球招商大会在广州举办，成功吸引了全球范围内在人工智能、新型储能、生物医药、高端装备制造等新质生产力领域的世界500强、行业领军企业代表参与。在本届招商大会上，我市上报签约项目22个，投资总额204.42亿元。

　　在广东地市投资政策宣讲会上，我市从产业发展、投资环境、平台载体与政策支持四个维度向与会嘉宾宣传展示汕头得天独厚的区位优势和良好的营商环境。汕头已连续三年在全省营商环境评价中居粤东西北地区首位，拥有三个国家级发展平台及汕头市承接产业有序转移主平台、广东汕头临港经济区等多个产业园区。目前，我市已储备超3万亩成熟产业用地，并出台一系列扶持政策，满足企业“拎包落项目”和“拿地即开工”的高效投资需求。
