Recently, the No. 3 and No. 4 Testing Stations at Guangdong Wind Power Seafront Test Base located in Haojiang District, Shantou City, have been completed and are planned to be put into use in 2025.By then, the maximum testing capacity of a single unit at the Base will reach 24 megawatts, and the wind turbine testing capability will reach the international leading level, which can further meet the requirements of large offshore wind turbine grid connection testing and type certification.

The Test Base is located in the Offshore Wind Power Innovation Industrial Park, adjacent to the world's first Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park with “four integrations” (the integration of R&D and design; the integration of technological processes; the integration of production and manufacturing; and the integration of testing and certification). Up to now, multiple upstream and downstream enterprises in the offshore wind power industry chain, which manufacture complete wind turbine systems, blades, stepped drums, flexible DC devices and the like have settled in the Park. In the future, wind turbine manufacturing enterprises can complete the "production-assembly-certification" of wind turbines in a "one-stop" manner in Haojiang District, Shantou City. The two newly built testing stations cover a total area of 7,000 square meters. The main foundation platform of each station is 40.4 meters in diameter and 6.05 meters in height. More than 140 load-bearing piles are laid, with the longest single pile being more than 80 meters long.

　　广东省风电临海试验基地3、4号测试机位竣工

　　近日，位于我市濠江区的广东省风电临海试验基地3、4号测试机位竣工，计划于2025年投入使用。届时基地的单机最大测试容量将达到24兆瓦级别，风机检测能力将达到国际领先水平，可进一步满足大型海上风电机组并网试验和型式认证需求。

　　试验基地位于海上风电创新产业园内，毗邻全球首个“四个一体化”海上风电装备制造产业园，园区目前已有包括生产整机、叶片、塔筒、柔性直流设备等在内的多家海上风电产业链上下游企业入驻，未来风机制造企业可在汕头濠江“一站式”完成风机“生产-组装-认证”。本次2个新建测试机位总占地面积达7000平方米，每个机位的主基础平台直径达40.4米，高度6.05米，共铺设超过140根承载桩，单桩长度最长达80多米。
