Recently, with the successful electrification of the dual circuit line from 500-kV Chenghai Station to the 220-kV Guandai Station, the Second Phase Project of the Supporting Line for the 500-kV Chenghai Station, a mechanized construction demonstration project of China Southern Power Grid Company in 2024, was fully completed and put into operation. It has opened up the power transmission channel from the 500-kV Chenghai substation to the central urban area of Shantou, solved the long-standing problem of power supply shortage in the central urban area, and will further optimize and improve the strong main power grid structure of Shantou's "four cores, four chains, and five rings", providing strong power guarantee for the economic and social development of Shantou.

The 500-kV Chenghai substation was completed and put into operation on January 16, 2023. It is the first 500-kV fully indoor smart substation in eastern Guangdong. The newly completed project is the second phase project of the supporting line for the Chenghai Substation, which mainly involves the construction of a 220-kV double circuit line from Chenghai Station to Guandai Station, with a total length of about 61 kilometers and a total of 106 lattice towers.

　　500千伏澄海站配套线路二期竣工投产

　　近日，随着500千伏澄海站至220千伏官埭站双回线路成功带电，南方电网公司2024年机械化施工示范工程——500千伏澄海站配套线路二期工程全面建成投产，打通了500千伏澄海变电站往汕头市中心城区的电力输送通道，解决了长期困扰中心城区供电紧张问题，将进一步优化完善汕头“四核四链五环”坚强主网架，为汕头经济社会发展提供坚强电力保障。

　　500千伏澄海变电站于2023年1月16日竣工投产，是粤东首个500千伏全室内智能变电站。刚刚竣工的工程为澄海变电站配套线路二期工程，主要新建澄海站至官埭站220千伏双回线路，总长约61公里，共106基塔。
