On the morning of January 10, the common injection molding factory building at Baiya Industrial City in the Jinping Industrial Zone of Shantou City was topped off. This milestone signifies the completion of the project's upgrading from a general factory building to a common factory building.

Baiya Industrial City is the first "Industrial Reform" project in Shantou, focusing on the construction of new buildings following the demolition of old ones. It is also among the first batch of projects aimed at reusing inefficiently used industrial land in Jinping District, encompassing a total area of over 190 mu [12.67 hectares].The project will be developed in three phases, starting with a planned area of 200,000 square meters in the first phase. Three high-end factory buildings have been constructed; the first and second buildings serve as general factories and were delivered and put into operation in 2022.The third factory building that has been topped off this time is designed to establish a high-standard, highly efficient, and well-coordinated injection molding industry base. This facility will assist small and medium-sized injection molding enterprises in achieving resource sharing, facilitating technical exchanges, optimizing costs, and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the injection molding sector.The investment promotion efforts for the project are currently in progress, with the factory building scheduled for completion and delivery in the third quarter of 2025.

　　汕头柏亚产业城注塑共性厂房封顶

　　1月10日上午，位于我市金平工业区的柏亚产业城注塑共性厂房封顶，标志着项目完成从通用厂房到共性厂房的提质升级。

　　柏亚产业城是汕头“工改工”首个动工建设项目，也是金平区首批低效产业用地再利用建设项目之一，总占地面积190多亩。项目分三期开发，首期规划20万平方米，建成3栋高端厂房，1-2栋为通用厂房，已于2022年交付投产。本次封顶的为第3栋厂房，致力打造一个高标准、高效率、强协同的注塑产业基地，助力中小微注塑企业实现资源共享、技术交流、成本优化，提升注塑行业整体竞争力。目前项目招商工作同步进行中，厂房计划在2025年三季度竣工交付。
