Recently, an industry-university-institute delegation comprising representatives from universities in Yunlin County, Taiwan, including the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and the National Formosa University has visited Shantou for academic and cultural exchanges. The group's itinerary included a visit to Shantou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with the primary objectives of exploring potential collaborations and strengthening interactions and exchanges between Shantou and Taiwan.

During their stay in Shantou, the delegation visited Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, including its key laboratories. They also visited Shantou University and engaged in academic exchanges with both teachers and students, by discussions focused on topics such as industry-academia collaboration in smart agriculture, smart property law, and enhancing technology management awareness among young people from both sides of the Strait.

During their visit to Shantou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of bonded logistics and cross-border E-commerce exhibition halls. They then met with representatives from the Administrative Committee of Shantou Comprehensive Bonded Zone to discuss strategies for enhancing Shantou-Taiwan collaboration in smart agriculture and the circulation of agricultural products across borders. The talks centered on strengthening exchange and cooperation to broaden the market reach of Taiwan's specialty products in Shantou.

　　台湾云林高校参访团来汕开展学术文化交流

　　近日，由台湾云林科技大学、虎尾科技大学等云林高校组成的产学研参访团来汕开展学术文化交流，并走进综合保税区寻求合作、增进两地互动交流。

　　在汕期间，参访团一行走进广东以色列理工学院，参观有关重点实验室；前往汕头大学，与教师、学生代表等围绕智慧农业产学交流合作、智慧财产权法、加强两岸青年科技管理认知等开展学术交流。

　　在汕头综合保税区，参访团实地考察了保税物流、跨境电商展厅，与保税区管委会座谈交流，商讨汕台两地在智慧农业合作、跨境农产品流通、台湾特色产品方面如何拓展汕头展示展销通路交流合作事宜。
