The Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province has recently announced the selection of 65 exemplary projects for the 2024 High-quality Development Project for Guangdong Counties, Towns, and Villages. This initiative aims to showcase outstanding construction practices for other enterprises to emulate. Among the selected projects, the Lion-headed Goose City - Longdu Project stands out as a notable inclusion. This Project has received support through Shenzhen's assistance and cooperation funds.

The Chenghai Lion-headed Goose Industrial City (Lion-headed Goose City - Longdu) Project is the largest single project supported by Shenzhen's counterpart assistance for Shantou's rural revitalization in the past three years. It was completed and put into operation on July 29, 2023, in Longdu Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City. This Project encompasses a total area of 32.7 mu (2.18 hectares) and represents an investment of approximately 66.7425 million yuan. It brings together diverse business forms, including the trading (information) center, conference and training facilities, enterprise and product exhibition halls, the lion-headed goose culture exhibition hall, and the lion-headed goose food tasting hall. The development aims to establish a lion-headed goose industry hub that will serve and benefit the broader Chaoshan region.

　　澄海狮头鹅产业城入选省级“百千万工程”项目范例

　　近日，广东省住房和城乡建设厅择优选定了65个项目为2024年建筑业企业投身“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”项目范例，深圳帮扶协作资金支持的狮头鹅城-隆都项目成功入选。

　　澄海狮头鹅产业城（狮头鹅城-隆都）项目是近3年来深圳对口帮扶汕头乡村振兴资金支持力度最大的单体项目，于2024年7月29日在我市澄海区隆都镇建成启用。项目总占地面积32.7亩，总投资约6674.25万元，汇聚交易（信息）中心、会议培训中心、企业和产品展厅、狮头鹅文化展厅、狮头鹅美食品鉴馆等多元业态，将打造辐射潮汕地区的狮头鹅产业中心。
