To advance the “China (Shantou Institute of Agricultural Sciences) • Cambodia (Canadia Integrated Group) High-yield Rice Test Field” Project, at the invitation of Shantou Institute of Agricultural Sciences, the planting technical team of Cambodia's Canadia Integrated Group recently visited Shantou for investigation and exchanges.

This project is a result of the cooperation established during the Shantou friendship delegation's visit to Cambodia last August, aimed at promoting mutual development. During their visit to Shantou, the planting technical team from Cambodia's Canadia Integrated Group were accompanied by the grain and oil expert team from the Shantou Institute of Agricultural Sciences. Together, they toured Shantou’s agricultural competent department, experimental base, Simiao Rice Industrial Park, Agricultural Ecological Park, and other sites for investigation and exchanges. In the fields, experts from the Shantou Institute of Agricultural Sciences provided Cambodia’s Canadia Integrated Group technical team with a detailed explanation tailored to Cambodia’s climate conditions and agricultural production characteristics. The explanation covered key aspects such as rice variety selection, sowing methods and seeding rate, fertilizer and water management, pest control, and fully mechanized production processes. This comprehensive guidance enhanced the team’s understanding of rice growth and cultivation techniques, laying a strong foundation for achieving high yields in the High-yield Rice Test Field Project.

　　中国（汕头农科所）·柬埔寨（加华集团）水稻高产试验田项目扎实推进

　　为推动“中国（汕头农科所）·柬埔寨（加华集团）水稻高产试验田”项目的开展，近日，应汕头农科所邀请，柬埔寨加华集团种植技术团队一行莅汕调研交流。

　　该项目是去年8月汕头友好代表团访问柬埔寨共谋发展的合作成果之一。在汕期间，市农科所粮油专家团队陪同柬埔寨加华集团种植技术团队先后到我市农业主管部门以及试验基地、丝苗米产业园、农业生态园等处开展调研交流。在田间地头，市农科所专家结合柬埔寨气候特点和农业生产特性，从水稻品种选择、播种方式和用种量、肥水管理、病虫害防治及全程机械化生产等方面，为柬埔寨加华集团技术团队进行了详细的讲解，加深了技术团队对水稻生长特性和栽培技术的认识，为水稻高产试验田项目夺取高产打下坚实基础。
