This new connection provides a convenient air link that boosts economic, trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges between eastern Guangdong and Laos, while also offering travelers more options for their journeys.

The flight on this route is JD637/638, operated by Capital Airlines using an A319 or A320 aircraft. It runs every Tuesday and takes about three hours. The flight departs Chaoshan Airport at 12:15 and arrives at Vientiane Airport at 14:00. It then leaves Vientiane at 15:00 and lands back at Chaoshan Airport at 18:45. All times are local.

潮汕机场开通至老挝万象航线

　　6月3日，首都航空在潮汕机场开通至老挝万象国际航线，为粤东地区与老挝间的经贸、旅游及文化交流开辟便捷的空中通道，丰富旅客的出行选择。

　　该航线的航班号为JD637/638，由首都航空采用A319/320执飞，班期为每周二，航程约3小时。12:15从潮汕机场起飞，14:00到达万象机场，15:00从万象机场起飞，18:45抵达潮汕机场，以上均为当地时间。
