On the morning of June 14, Shantou organized a series of activities in Zhongshan Park to celebrate the 2025 "Cultural and Natural Heritage Day" and highlight its intangible cultural heritage. More than 60 intangible cultural heritage items were showcased together, demonstrating the charm of the integration of traditional culture and modern life.

These activities featured an intangible cultural heritage fair with areas dedicated to traditional crafts, food tastings, interactive experiences, and free clinic services, etc., which attracted many local residents and tourists to participate. During these activities, there were unusually brilliant performances of traditional dances such as the Nanzhi Lion Dance, Qilin Dance, Double Biting Goose Dance, Yunlu Dancing Camel, Ao Fish Dance, Lobster Dance, and Yingge Dance. In addition to the main activities at the primary venue, Shantou also organized a series of related activities at several additional locations.

So far, Shantou has  212 intangible cultural heritage items at the municipal level or higher, including 14 at the national level and 51 at the provincial level. And it has 281 inheritors of intangible cultural heritage at the municipal level or higher, including 10 at the national level and 52 at the provincial level.

汕头举行2025年“文化和自然遗产日”非遗宣传展示系列活动

　　6月14日上午，2025年汕头市“文化和自然遗产日”非遗宣传展示系列活动在中山公园举行，60多项非遗项目集中亮相，展现传统文化与现代生活的融合魅力。

　　活动设置非遗集市，包括技艺展示、美食体验、互动体验、健康义诊等板块，吸引了众多市民游客参与。活动中，南枝醒狮、麒麟舞、双咬鹅、云露舞骆驼、鳌鱼舞、龙虾舞、英歌舞等传统舞蹈展演精彩纷呈。除主会场活动外，我市还设有多个分会场，举办相关系列活动。

　　截至目前，我市共有市级以上非遗项目212项，其中国家级14项，省级51项。市级以上非遗传承人281人，其中国家级10人，省级52人。
