On June 12, the People’s Government of Chenghai District in Shantou City partnered with Baidu AI Cloud to host the Conference on Innovation and Development in the AI Toy Industry. The Conference brought together leading experts—referred to as the "Strongest Brains" in AI, IP and related fields—alongside "Pioneers of Practical Actions" from the toy industry. Together, they explored building a robust ecosystem and innovative development pathways for AI toys, aiming to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence with the toy industry and usher in a new era of "AI Toys" filled with infinite possibilities.

As the leading hub for toy production and trade in China, boasting the most full-fledged industrial supporting facilities, the largest scale, and the highest market share, Chenghai has quickly become a powerhouse in AI toy development. It has made innovative breakthroughs in areas such as "AI + pendants", "AI + perception interaction", and "AI + IP", creating a range of AI toys that offer higher AI relevance, are packed with richer features, and stand out with clear competitive edges. Baidu AI Cloud will continue to deepen cooperation with partners across the toy creative industry chain, explore the industrial application of cutting-edge products such as AI toys, and  achieve more concrete cooperation outcomes in technology integration, project incubation, and market expansion.
