On the morning of June 17, the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts hosted its 2025 graduation and degree conferral ceremony. Twenty-eight students from the inaugural full-time undergraduate program of Chaozhou Opera successfully completed their studies, ready to embark on new adventures.

In April 2021, the Shantou Municipal People’s Government and the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly operate the inaugural full-time undergraduate program of Chaozhou Opera of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts. This significant achievement marked the beginning of a new era in full-time undergraduate vocational education of Chaozhou Opera art. Out of the 28 students, 22 were majoring in performance, while 6 were majoring in instrumental music. After four years of systematic study, they not only enhanced their Chaozhou Opera performance skills, but also learned the fundamentals of Beijing Opera and Kunqu Opera through the Academy’s personalized training program. This broadened their artistic horizons and encouraged them to innovate and keep pace with the times while adhering to the characteristics of Chaozhou Opera.

中国戏曲学院首个全日制潮剧本科班28名学子毕业

　　6月17日上午，中国戏曲学院举行2025届毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式，28名首个全日制潮剧本科班学子圆满完成学业，开启新的人生旅程。

　　2021年4月，汕头市政府与中国戏曲学院签署战略合作协议，合办中国戏曲学院首个全日制潮剧本科班，这项重要成果开启了潮剧艺术职业全日制本科教育的新时代。28名学员中，22位是表演专业，6位是器乐专业。经过4年系统学习，他们不仅精进潮剧表演技艺，更通过学院个性化培养方案，学习京昆剧目及戏曲基本功，拓宽艺术视野，在坚守潮剧自身特色的同时，敢于创新，与时代接轨。
