From August 3 to September 30, at Shantou Museum, Shantou organized a special exhibition of Qiaopi (correspondence and remittance documents from overseas Chinese) archives themed "Patriotism and Family Devotion of Overseas Chinese Reflected in Qiaopi During Wartime" to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-fascist War.

This exhibition consisted of four parts. It showcased precious Qiaopi archives from the Chaoshan area during the War Against Japanese Aggression, vividly bringing to life the magnificent and turbulent history of the War Against Japanese Aggression through pictures, texts, and artifacts. The exhibition also powerfully demonstrated the firm belief and united determination of all Chaoshan people at home and abroad to resist foreign aggression, along with their glorious history and unyielding determination of heroically waging the War Against Japanese Aggression.

汕头举办“烽火侨批家国情”纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年侨批档案专题展

　　8月3日至9月30日，我市在市博物馆举办“烽火侨批家国情”纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年侨批档案专题展。

　　本次展览共分四部分，精选抗战时期潮汕地区珍贵侨批档案，通过图文加实物的形式，生动再现潮汕地区波澜壮阔的抗战历史，充分展现海内外潮汕儿女万众一心、共御外辱的坚定信念和顽强不屈、英勇抗战的光辉史迹。
