According to preliminary big data calculations, from October 1 to 8, Shantou received 45.02 million tourist visits, an increase of 17.18% compared to the National Day holiday in 2024. The city's tourism revenue reached 2.87 billion yuan, marking a growth of 20.11% It is worth noting that Shantou received over one million tourist visits per day for multiple consecutive days, with the number reaching 1.1875 million on October 5.
Over the long holiday, more than 200 cultural tourism activities were launched across Shantou's scenic spots, cultural venues, and public spaces. The diverse program featured everything from intangible cultural heritage experiences and folk performances to cultural exhibitions and interactive scenic spot theme events, offering a rich cultural feast for citizens and tourists alike.

国庆中秋假期汕头文旅市场火爆
今年国庆中秋双节同庆,汕头文旅市场热度持续升温。据大数据初步测算,10月1日至8日,全市接待游客450.2万人次,较2024年国庆假期增长17.18%;实现旅游收入28.7亿元,增长20.11%。值得注意的是,我市接待游客连续多日单日接待量破百万人次,其中10月5日达到118.75万人次。
长假期间,汕头各景区、文化场馆和公共场所推出的超200项文旅活动精彩上演,涵盖非遗体验、民俗展演、文化展览、景区主题互动等多方面,为市民游客奉上一场场文旅盛宴。
