On November 2, the 26th Nan'ao Science Conference kicked off in Nan'ao County with the theme "Eye-Brain Pathway Mechanisms and New Ideas for the Health Industry". Organized by the Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT), the event included a special "Face-to-Face" industry-academia-research matchmaking session focused on Shantou's life and health sector.
Centering on the core theme "Eye-Brain Pathway Mechanisms and New Ideas for the Health Industry", this symposium hosted an in-depth discussion of eye–brain pathway mechanisms, and in light of the development needs of the comprehensive health industry, explored how new mechanisms could inspire new ideas for the health industry. This symposium invited 30 renowned domestic and international experts from fields such as brain science, optics, metabolomics, and neuroscience, representing institutions including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Tsinghua University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Wenzhou Medical University. The event aimed to advance scientific progress in related fields through interdisciplinary dialogue.

南澳科学会议开展“眼-脑通路机制”学术研讨
11月2日，由广东以色列理工学院主办的南澳科学会议第二十六次会议“眼-脑通路机制与健康产业新思路”暨汕头市产学研“面对面”生命健康产业专场对接会在南澳县举行开幕式。
本次论坛围绕“眼-脑通路机制与健康产业新思路”这一核心议题，展开一场深入的“眼-脑通路机制”学术研讨，同时结合大健康产业发展的需求，探索新机制对健康产业新思路的启发。论坛邀请了30位来自上海交通大学、复旦大学、清华大学、中山大学、温州医科大学等脑科学、光学、代谢组学以及神经科学等多个领域的国内外知名专家，通过跨学科对话，推动相关领域的科学进步。
