On November 3, the events for the Fine Chemicals Innovation Strategy Symposium, themed “Nanomaterials Innovation for a Better Future”, were launched. The events were organized jointly by the Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals, Shantou University, and the Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT). A gathering of top domestic and international experts, representatives from leading enterprises in the chemistry and fine chemicals sectors, and scholars from 13 universities and research institutes, including the University of Hong Kong and Zhejiang University, attended the event. They held in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and development trends in the fine chemicals field, focusing on key scientific issues such as controllable synthesis, property regulation, and cross-scale integration of nanomaterials, for the purpose of driving breakthroughs in core technologies and the application of scientific and technological achievements. The events were designed to promote greater synergy between industry, academia, and research. By focusing on cutting-edge science and technology, sharing professional expertise, exchanging new ideas, and showcasing research findings, the events aimed to provide strong intellectual support and sources of impetus for the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of Shantou's fine chemical industry and even that of China.

精细化工创新战略研讨会系列活动在汕启动

　　11月3日，由化学与精细化工广东省实验室、汕头大学、广东以色列理工学院共同举办的“创新引领 纳见未来”精细化工创新战略研讨会系列活动启动，来自国内外化学化工领域的顶尖专家、行业领军企业代表，香港大学、浙江大学等13所高校和科研院所的专家学者等嘉宾齐聚一堂，围绕纳米材料的可控制备、性能调控、跨尺度集成等关键科学问题，深入探讨精细化工领域的前沿技术与发展趋势，推动关键核心技术攻关与成果转化。活动旨在通过聚焦前沿科技，分享专业经验、交流最新思想、展示研究成果，促进产学研深度融合，为汕头乃至全国精细化工产业的转型升级和高质量发展提供强有力的智力支持和动力源泉。
