The 2025 Overseas Chinese Expo and World Chaoshan Cuisine Conference will be held in Shantou from December 26 to 28.

Themed "Share Chaoshan Cuisine with the World · Meet in Shantou, A Hometown of Overseas Chinese", the Conference will have its main venue at the Shantou International Convention and Exhibition Center, with sub-venues at Zhenbang Food Street and Hesheng Food Street. It will feature a "Conference + Performance + Exhibition + Collection + Competition" model, hosting five major themed activities. Companies from ten cities and prefectures—including Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang, and Yangjiang—as well as from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and more than ten countries such as Thailand, India, Japan, Russia, Spain, Norway, and New Zealand will take part in the exhibition. The exhibits will span the entire food and beverage industry chain, featuring raw ingredients, finished food products, pre-made dishes, and kitchenware. The Conference will also feature special events, including demonstration contests by renowned Chaoshan cuisine master chefs from China and abroad, as well as by world-class Cantonese cuisine "Chef Kings". Master chefs specializing in Chaoshan cuisine from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region and across China will be invited to participate in on-site exchanges. To make the exhibition more interactive and enjoyable for visitors, additional activities will include cooking shows by robot chefs, hands-on sessions where famous chefs teach home-style recipes, and parent-child cooking experiences.

2025华侨华人博览会暨世界潮汕菜大会将在汕头举行

　　2025华侨华人博览会暨世界潮汕菜大会将于12月26日至28日在我市举行。

　　本次大会以“潮味无界·侨乡有约”为主题，主会场设在汕头国际会展中心，分会场设在镇邦路美食街、合胜好吃街，采用“会+演+展+荟+赛”模式，举办5大主题活动。届时将有来自汕潮揭、阳江等10个地市和港澳台，以及泰国、印度、日本、俄罗斯、西班牙、挪威、新西兰等超10个国家的企业参展，参展品类涵盖食材原料、食品、预制菜、餐厨用具等餐饮全产业链。大会还特别设置中外潮汕菜大师和世界粤菜厨皇表演赛，邀请粤港澳及全国潮汕菜烹饪大师进行现场交流，现场还将加入机器人厨师炒菜表演、名厨现场教授家常菜、亲子美食制作体验等活动，增强观展的互动性与趣味性。
