During the 2026 New Year's Day holiday, Haojiang District in Shantou City will organize a grand food festival that blends traditional flavors with cultural tourism experiences. From January 1 to 3, the 7th Dahao Fish Ball Food Culture Festival will be held at the square in front of the Nanbin Hotel at the Zhonghai Gold Coast Culture & Tourism Town, offering citizens and tourists a diverse New Year journey featuring fine food, folk customs, and coastal leisure.
This year's food festival will bring together a series of authentic Chaoshan flavors and legendary intangible cultural heritage items. An immersive "Taste of Haojiang" experience will be created on-site, allowing visitors to appreciate the profound heritage of Chaoshan's food culture.
During the event, vigorous Yingge dance performances and melodious folk music concerts will be staged in turn, showcasing the vitality of Chaoshan's intangible cultural heritage. This year's food festival will also be specially linked with the Ice and Snow Festival at the Zhonghai Gold Coast Culture and Tourism Town and combined with the coastal resources of the Longhutan Tourist Resort to provide a one-stop holiday experience of "food + performances + ice & snow + strolling", meeting tourists' full-chain consumption needs for "catering, accommodation, travel, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment".

2026年元旦假期，我市濠江区将迎来一场融合传统风味与文旅体验的美食盛会。1月1日至3日，第七届达濠鱼丸美食文化荟将在中海黄金海岸文旅小镇南滨酒店门前广场举行，为市民与游客开启一场涵盖美食、民俗、滨海休闲的多元化新年之旅。
本届美食荟集结一系列潮派风味与非遗传奇，现场将打造沉浸式“寻味濠江”体验，让市民游客领略潮汕饮食文化的深厚底蕴。
活动期间，刚劲的英歌舞、悠扬的民乐演出将轮番登场，展现潮汕非遗活力。本届美食荟还特别联动中海黄金海岸文旅小镇冰雪节，结合龙虎滩旅游区的滨海资源，提供“美食+演艺+冰雪+漫步”的一站式假日体验，满足游客“食、住、行、游、购、娱”全链条消费需求。
