The 2025 Overseas Chinese Expo and World Chaoshan Cuisine Conference opened at the Shantou International Convention and Exhibition Center on December 26. This event adopts a "main venue + sub-venue" model, creating a grand food culture festival in the hometown of overseas Chinese that integrates skill exchange, food trading, and cultural experiences. The event will run until December 31.

During the event, the Shantou International Convention and Exhibition Center will simultaneously host two main exhibition halls. The Exhibition Hall 1 is the "Comprehensive Hall", focusing on the entire catering industry chain. It features five core exhibition zones for kitchen utensils, time-honored brands, overseas food, snacks, and state-owned enterprises. The Exhibition Hall 2 is the "Food Hall," themed "Diverse Integration, Global Flavors". It includes exhibition zones for traditional cuisine, integrated cuisine, intangible cultural heritage cuisine, and premium food ingredients.

This event is open to the public throughout its duration and offers exclusive benefits. During the event, 5,000 food coupon packs (each pack containing 3 coupons, totaling 45,000 coupons) will be distributed daily through the WeChat official account of "Explore Shantou with One Card". The public can participate in an online coupon grab each day and use the coupons to experience the cuisine on-site.

2025华侨华人博览会暨世界潮汕菜大会开幕

　　2025华侨华人博览会暨世界潮汕菜大会12月26日在汕头国际会展中心开幕。本次大会采用“主会场+分会场”模式，打造集技艺交流、食品交易、文化体验于一体的侨乡美食文化盛会。活动将持续至12月31日。

　　展会期间，汕头国际会展中心同步开设两大展馆，1号馆为“综合馆”，聚焦餐饮全产业链，设置餐厨用品区、老字号区、海外美食区、休闲食品区和国资企业区五大核心展区。2号馆为“美食馆”，以“多元融合、全球滋味”为主题，设置传统美食区、融合美食区、非遗美食区和精品食材区。

　　本次大会全程向市民游客开放，并准备了专属福利。展会期间，每天将通过“一卡游汕头”微信公众号发放5000份美食优惠券（每份含3张券，共计45000张）。市民每天可参与线上抢券，凭券到现场体验美食。
