Recently, a "One-Bill System" rail-sea intermodal train, fully loaded with quartz sand, slowly departed from Heyuan's Lankou Station, bound for Shantou North Railway Station. The train was then transshipped at the Guang'ao Port Area of Shantou Port to Rizhao Port and Lianyungang Port. This marks the first "One-Bill System" rail-sea intermodal train from Guangdong Province to Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province, establishing a new logistics artery connecting the Eastern Guangdong region with the two core economic zones of the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim.

The newly launched "One-Bill System" rail-sea intermodal train service realizes the transport model of "one-time commission and one-time fee settlement" that uses a single bill of lading and eliminates the need for container changes. Clients only need to submit a single document through the railway's 95306 system, eliminating the need to fill out separate railway and waterway waybills or switch between multiple systems. This resolves the pain points of repetitive operations across multiple platforms and fragmented information, greatly enhancing transport efficiency and effectively reducing overall logistics costs.

广东首开至东部沿海“一单制”铁水联运班列

　　近日，一列满载石英砂的“一单制”铁水联运班列缓缓驶离河源蓝口站，开往汕头北站；然后，该班列在汕头港广澳港区转运至日照港与连云港。这是广东首次开行至江苏、山东方向的“一单制”铁水联运班列，标志着一条连接粤东地区与长三角、环渤海两大核心经济区的物流新动脉由此打通。

　　本次开通的铁水联运“一单制”班列，实现了“一次委托、一单到底、一箱到底、一次结算”的运输模式。客户只需要在铁路95306系统提交一次单据，无需分别填写铁路和水运运单，也不用切换多个系统，从而解决了客户在多平台间重复操作、信息不连贯的痛点，极大提升了运输效率，有效压缩了综合物流成本。
